Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ManuStride web application, the forthcoming ManuStride mobile apps for iOS and Android (currently in beta), and manustride.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by ManuStride (“ManuStride,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ManuStride you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age, (b) you have full legal authority to enter into these Terms, and (c) you are accessing the Service in a professional or work-related capacity. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts, submit information, or purchase subscriptions.
2. Use of the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your professional manufacturing transformation work, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service except as permitted by law
- Use the Service to harm us, our users, or third parties
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates, articles, or assessments
- Use the Service — or any content, materials, or output obtained through it — to build, train, or market a product or service that competes with ManuStride
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHA, or other protective measures
- Submit fraudulent waitlist signups or impersonate others
3. Subscriptions
Paid tiers (Pro at $4.99/month and Enterprise at $9.95/month, or their annual equivalents) renew automatically until canceled. On the web, subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. In the forthcoming mobile app (beta), subscriptions are billed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) under that store's standard subscription terms. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; you are responsible for any sales, use, value-added (VAT), or similar taxes, which we (or the app store) will add where required by law.
Cancellation: on the web, manage or cancel any time from your account settings, which open the Stripe customer billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Mobile (beta) subscriptions are managed from your device's app-store subscription settings.
Refunds: for web subscriptions, contact hello@manustride.com and we will process eligible refunds through Stripe. Mobile (beta) refunds are handled by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) through that store's refund process.
Downgrade: your data is preserved when you downgrade. Features tied to higher tiers become read-only until you re-upgrade.
4. Content ownership
Your content: you retain ownership of all data you create in the app — assessment responses, journey progress, session notes, bookmarks. We do not claim ownership of your input.
To operate the Service, you grant ManuStride a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide, secure, and support the Service for you — for example, to save your work and sync it across your devices. This license lasts only while we host your content; it ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from residual backup copies retained briefly as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content: ManuStride retains all rights to the application code, the maturity-assessment framework, the 90-day journey structure, the template library, articles, quizzes, and visual design. Your subscription grants you the right to use this content for your professional work, not to redistribute it.
5. Disclaimers
ManuStride provides educational and organizational tools for digital transformation. It is not a substitute for professional consulting, engineering, safety, or legal advice. Outcomes depend on your implementation and context.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANUSTRIDE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your web account from your account settings, uninstalling the app, and canceling any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe the Service is being abused.
We may also suspend, terminate, or discontinue the Service (or your access to it) for any reason by giving you reasonable advance notice. If we do so for reasons other than your breach of these Terms or abuse of the Service, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees covering the unused portion of your then-current billing period.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. ManuStride LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
10. Copyright complaints — DMCA
ManuStride respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We follow the notice-and-takedown procedure established by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, for material that infringes a copyright owned or controlled by you. A more detailed overview lives on our DMCA page.
