Yes. Cancel anytime from your account billing settings (managed through Stripe's secure portal). You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Your data is preserved. Features tied to higher tiers (Phase 2-3 journey tasks, full template library, insights) become read-only until you re-upgrade. You won't lose any assessment history or session notes.
Reach out to hello@manustride.com within 14 days of an annual purchase to request a refund. Mobile app purchases are refunded through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Not yet. ManuStride is currently a single-user app. Everyone using the app needs their own subscription. A real team plan is on the roadmap once we have enough demand to do it right.
